Procedures

Procedures are as follows:

1. Application for the approval of a project should be submitted before the purchase contract for city-owned land is finalized, and not later than by March 31, 2006.
2. The application will be examined with reference to the opinions of the Judging Committee for Urban Revitalization Promotion Program.
3. If the project is suitable, we will approve it and inform the applicant.
4. Construction work on the facility must begin by March 31, 2007 and operations must begin within three years of the purchase of the city-owned land.
5. Application for a subsidy should be submitted after the construction of the facility is completed or within 30 days of the beginning of operations.
6. The facility will be examined for compliance with the application and judged with reference to the opinions of the Judging Committee for Urban Revitalization Promotion Program.
7. If the facility is appropriate, the subsidy payment will be decided and the applicant will be informed. The amount of the subsidy will be written on the notice.
8. The applicant can request the mayor to pay the subsidy in accordance with the conditions.
